A fronte di una solo apparente dichiarata disponibilità, si regista il rifiuto di ascoltare la voce di un cliente fidelizzato il quale,dopo aver richiesto un chiarimento circa un inaccettabile e irriguardoso episodio posto in essere da un improbabile servizio vendita di Brindisi, si è visto rifiutare l’occasione di ottenere un colloquio chiarificatore da parte del titolare della azienda Luigi Rubino che con assoluta protervia si è trincerato solo dietro un poco originale “il dottore non può riceverla, è in riunione”. Supponenza e presunzione . Of course!! Only hypocrisy and rudeness! Very disappointing experience as we drive to Brindisi on purpose.

Anna was very knowledgable and a friendly guide, making our first cellar experience one to remember. If you have the chance, go for the 'Exclusive Cellar Tour with Wine and Food Tasting at Numero Primo'. The location is separate to the cellar, along the promenade of Brindisi and is absolutely lovely. Food and wine both amazing. Thank you so much!
