★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver assaggiato il loro zibibbo secco ad un ristorante sono rimasto colpito dalla qualità dei loro vini. Mi sono recato alla loro cantina nella sett prima di ferragosto e i proprietari (gentilissimi e disponibili) erano assenti per ferie, ma sono stato accolto lo stesso da un dipendente che era rimasto a lavoro. Titolare e dipendenti molto gentili riescono a soddisfare ogni richiesta. C'è anche la possibilità di spedire la merce al proprio domicilio attraverso i loro corrieri.
I loro vini non hanno bisogno di presentazioni, sono biologici e hanno un profumo floreale perfetti con pesce e ogni portata.
Quando apro una bottiglia di Zibibbo a casa e chiudo gli occhi mi sembra di essere nella loro meravigliosa Sicilia...... ?
After tasting their dry zibibbo at a restaurant I was impressed with the quality of their wines. I went to their cellar in the week before mid-August and the owners (very kind and helpful) were away for holidays, but I was welcomed by an employee who had stayed at work anyway. Owner and very kind employees are able to satisfy every request. There is also the possibility of sending the goods to your home through their couriers.
Their wines need no introduction, they are organic and have a perfect floral scent with fish and every course.
When I open a bottle of Zibibbo at home and close my eyes, I feel like I'm in their wonderful Sicily ...... ?
