★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miei "Mosole" preferiti sono il Sauvignon, l' Hora Sexta e l'Eleo Rosso. Li bevo sempre volentieri, in abbinamenti non canonici a pesce, formaggi e spaghetti al ragù, a frittate fantasia e carne rossa, cotta o in tartare. Questo perché i profumi e i sapori sono intensi, veri e mai banali. E si sente la passione che ci mette Lucio, da tanti anni.
My favorite "Mosoles" are the Sauvignon, the Hora Sexta and the Red Eleo. I always willingly drink them, in non-canonical combinations of fish, cheese and spaghetti with meat sauce, fancy omelettes and red meat, cooked or tartare. This is because the aromas and flavors are intense, true and never banal. And you feel the passion that Lucio has been putting into it for so many years.
