★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful full service hotel set in an olive orchard.
The property is set in a large quiet location off the main road. The rooms are very up to date. Part of the property was an old farm house which has been converted into beautiful public rooms The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two large pools on the property which are great to have on hot days. The restaurant and pool bar are quite good. Breakfast room is quite large with a large array of breakfast items for most everyone's liking.

First impressions are not good at all. We were waiting in the lobby for a long time being ignored and it was clear they acknowledged our existence without caring to approach or help us. Met by bad service, no one helped us with our bags from the parking, which was very far away. Additionally, it is always appreciated with a smile and to show your clients around or to tell them a bit about the hotel, what services are offered and etc. None of that was present.
Dirty room with chalk in bathroom, broken & outdated furniture. Ants are also present in the rooms. The room is spacious but very boring and sad in its design. There was no shower gel in the room when we had to ask for it.
Additionally, we had live music right outside our room from a wedding until 22 in the evening. I would therefore not recommend this place to anyone not coming here for conference or weddings or other events. THIA IS PURELY A HOTEL FOR WEDDINGS AND EVENTS - even though it’s advertised very differently. It is advertised as 4 stars but I would put it at 3 maximum. I have to say most 4 star hotels in Italy are not meeting the standard that I am used to when booking 4 stars. I feel tricked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A stunning location with beautiful buildings and facilities, (fabulous pool, tennis courts, Health spa & gym, and bikes for guests to use) all surrounded by lovely gardens and countryside. The staff from the Front Desk (Marta, Perla & Paola), the restaurant, pool & bar staff and to the House keeping staff, all provided excellent, professional and friendly service at all times ensuring we had a wonderful relaxing stay at the hotel. We are looking forward to our return in 2022!
