Spazi ottimamente ideati che permettono di vivere comodamente sia all’interno della struttura che all’esterno ove è possibile consumare i pasti a bordo piscina riparati dal sole. Relax assicurato sia dalla piscina a temperatura ottimale che da comodi divani nel dehors.
Magical location immersed in the olive grove. Excellently designed spaces that allow you to live comfortably both inside the structure and outside where it is possible to eat poolside meals sheltered from the sun. Relaxation guaranteed both by the pool at optimal temperature and by comfortable sofas in the outdoor area.

Impagabile svegliarsi alla mattina con un bel bagno in piscina e una suggestiva colazione all'aperto. Grazie a Sabrina, sempre disponibile ed attenta alle nostre richieste. Da rifare assolutamente.
Fantastic weekend at the end of September in a villa immersed in the colors and scents of the most authentic Puglia. Priceless waking up in the morning with a swim in the pool and a suggestive outdoor breakfast. Thanks to Sabrina, always available and attentive to our requests. Absolutely to be redone.

Tuttavia vi auguro che vada tutto bene... perché se dovesse insorgere un problema... non aspettatevi risoluzioni o risarcimenti da parte del gestore che sparisce, rifiuta le raccomandate e non risponde alle vostre rimostranze.
Abbiamo prenotato la tenuta, per la piscina, ci siamo ritrovati all’arrivo con la piscina svuotata, perché i precedenti ospiti avevano fatto dei danni. Eseguita la riparazione in tempi record, il giorno successivo la piscina era funzionante… ma ovviamente inutilizzabile perché l’acqua era gelida. Si concorda telefonicamente uno sconto, quale risarcimento danni, equivalenti ad un giorno di soggiorno, ovviamente nessuna risposta… spariti. Quindi fate attenzione !!!
The structure is very nice and the reception staff very courteous and kind. However, I hope that everything goes well ... because if a problem should arise ... do not expect resolutions or compensation from the manager who disappears, refuses the recommended and does not respond to your grievances.
We booked the estate, for the pool, we found ourselves on arrival with the pool emptied, because previous guests had done some damage. The repair was carried out in record time, the next day the pool was in working order ... but obviously unusable because the water was freezing. A discount is agreed by telephone, as compensation for damages, equivalent to one day's stay, obviously no answer ... disappeared. So be careful !!!

We stayed last week with our 4 kids. The villa is super comfortable with 3 double bedrooms with each their own shower / toilet. Small indoor kitchen but large outdoor kitchen. Fantastic scenery around the villa, in the middle of secluded Olive yards. Nearest neighbour is 300m.
The whole villa is designed around 100% comfort enjoying the outside life. The pool area, outdoor kitchen, gazebo, fantastic roof terrace. Everywhere you can sit and enjoy the scenery. The pool also has 3 large pillows that are fantastic for the kids to play with or lay on reading a book. The best is perhaps the double-bed outside which is perfect for relaxing with the kids reading a book or having a siesta.
Tip: Ask the housekeeper to give you access to the double garage, to park the car in the shade, otherwise it gets really hot.
Note: The other reviewer (Lennart Hedlund) must have accidentally hit "post" before giving a rating - causing a 1 star - because this is a truly superb villa to rent.
