★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lage des Hauses und Strand super, Strand trotz Hauptsaison fast menschenleer. Haus selbst etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Schränke riechen muffig, Sauberkeit okay (so lange man nicht auf den Schrank oder unters Bett schaut:)).
Was uns sehr geärgert hat sind die freilaufend zwei großen Hunde des Besitzers. Die auch auf die Terrasse direkt kamen. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte hat er sie nicht angeleint. Wenigstens auf der eigenen gemieteten Terrasse sollte man mit Baby und eigenem Hund im Urlaub entspannt sitzen können.
Location of the house and beach great, beach almost deserted despite the high season. House itself a bit old, cupboards smell musty, cleanliness okay (as long as you don't look at the cupboard or under the bed :)).
What annoyed us very much are the owner's two large dogs running free. Which also came directly onto the terrace. Despite several requests, he did not leash her. At least on your own rented terrace you should be able to sit relaxed with your baby and your own dog on vacation.

Perfetto per famiglie con bambini, per gli amanti della natura, del mare e per chi pratica il kitesurf.
Ottimo posto per staccare la spina e dimenticarsi del resto del mondo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto molto bello in una riserva naturalistica nel cuore della Maremma con una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Un ottimo week end con un gruppo di amici. Facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto ma riservata a persa nella natura. Location con tutti i comfort e ben arredata servizi all'altezza pulita e ben curata adatto sia agli animali che a famiglie con bambini. c'e anche un piccolo parco giochi.
A very beautiful place in a nature reserve in the heart of the Maremma with a wonderful Mediterranean maquis. A great weekend with a group of friends. Easily accessible by car but reserved to get lost in nature. Location with all comforts and well furnished services at a clean and well-maintained height suitable for both animals and families with children. there is also a small playground.
