Le melegrane sono molto particolari : io conoscevo una varietà di melagrana che cresce dalle mie parti e sono abbastanza dolci ma piccole di dimensioni. Mentre questa varietà ha una leggero tono aspro ma al contempo molto gradevole che lascia un bella sensazione al palato. Inoltre ho assaggiato il succo di melagrana : è composto ovviamente dal frutto di melagrana, acqua e zucchero e quindi naturale al 100 %. Il suo sapore è dolce…in questo caso mi aspettavo un sapore aspro invece ho avuto la piacevole sorpresa di un succo dolce e gustoso. Infine ho assaggiato la composta di melagrana che contiene succo di melagrana, purea di mela, zucchero di canna integrale e succo di limone. Devo dire che mi è piaciuta moltissimo : ha il giusto equilibrio tra melagrana e zucchero e una goccia di limone…davvero superba! I also tasted pomegranate juice: it is obviously composed of the fruit of pomegranate, water and sugar and therefore 100% natural. Its taste is sweet ... in this case I expected a sour taste instead I had the pleasant surprise of a sweet and tasty juice. Finally I tasted the pomegranate compote which contains pomegranate juice, apple puree, whole brown sugar and lemon juice. I must say that I liked it very much: it has the right balance between pomegranate and sugar and a drop of lemon ... really superb!
