Se volete rilassarvi in una tenuta con tutti i formaggi, Salumi, uova... km 0 dovete passare da tenuta Garofalo il cugnale obbligatoriamente . Antonio, oltre ad essere un ottimo cameriere ha esperienza internazionale e si riesce a vedere per come sa spiegare i piatti che serve e per la passione che ci mette. Antonio non gentile ma super gentile. Angela la mamma di Antonio, una persona squisita anche lei gentilissima e davvero ospitale ma sopratutto una cuoca eccezionale. Ci ritornerò sempre e lo consiglio a chiunque mi chieda dove mangiare nei pressi di villaggio palumbo. Inoltre ottimo caseificio dove acquistare Salumi e formaggi! Un saluto dalla Puglia. P. S.
