★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Tenuta Agricola dell'Uccellina è un agriturismo vicino a Fonteblanda, Talamone e ovviamente al parco dell'Uccellina. Hanno un allevamento di vacche maremmane e un vasto uliveto. C'è anche un maneggio presso il quale si possono seguire lezioni di equitazione. Purtroppo nei giorni in cui lo abbiamo visitato il ristorante interno "La torre del gusto" non era aperto. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ad offrire suggerimenti su cosa visitare o quali attività poter fare nei dintorni. La camera che avevamo a disposizione era molto carina.
Infine un commento sulla colazione: molto curata con prodotti freschi e fatti in casa (...ottimi i biscotti al miele).
 Tenuta Agricola dell'Uccellina is a farmhouse near Fonteblanda, Talamone and obviously the Uccellina park. They have a Maremma cow farm and a large olive grove. There is also a riding school where you can take riding lessons. Unfortunately, on the days we visited the restaurant "La torre del gusto" was not open. The staff is very kind and willing to offer suggestions on what to visit or what activities to do in the surrounding area. The room we had available was very nice.
Finally a comment on the breakfast: very accurate with fresh and homemade products (... excellent honey biscuits).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo passato un ottimo fine settimana col nostro cane, molto bella la suite ottima la cena molto abbondante la colazione,le ragazze tutte molto carine e gentili prezzi onesti,location molto pulita e ben tenuta.
We spent a great weekend with our dog, very nice suite excellent dinner very abundant breakfast, girls all very nice and kind honest prices, very clean and well maintained location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stanze molto molto accoglienti, abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'agriturismo e la cuoca è favolosa. Tutto buonissimo e curato, gustoso e raffinato. Se è nella lista prendete i ravioli di ricotta alla granella di nocciole e il dolce ripieno di ricotta con mele e cannella, caldo ottimo.
Gli ingredienti sono scelti con grande cura e se possibile semore dell'azienda o del territorio, la colazione sia salata che dolce molto buona. Consiglio il prosciutto e la torta alle mele. La tenuta si trova all'attacco del sentiero C1-C2 che porta alla Cala del Salto del Cervo. Molto ben segnalato, non proprio per principianti, ma il panorama merita l'impegno.
Very very welcoming rooms, we had dinner at the farmhouse restaurant and the cook is fabulous. All very good and well-kept, tasty and refined. If it is on the list, take the ricotta ravioli with chopped hazelnuts and the dessert filled with ricotta with apples and cinnamon, excellent hot.
The ingredients are chosen with great care and if possible always from the company or the territory, the salty and sweet breakfast is very good. I recommend the ham and the apple pie. The estate is located at the start of the path C1-C2 which leads to Cala del Salto del Cervo. Very well signposted, not really for beginners, but the view is worth the effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is in the middle of an olive grove, surrounded by hills. Total serenity at this place. You can see the Frecciarossa passing. Special experience: we were looking for dinner, but we ended coming back to this place late. Dinner was already closing at the restaurant part, but the kitchen staff was so nice, because they offered us some sandwiches. Che gentile! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and facilities. Attention to service. Apartments are adequately spacious for bigger families but the minus is that you don't get daily cleaning which doesn't work if you stay for longer than one night to two.
