Penso di aver provato tutti i parrucchieri delle mie amiche e sono sempre tornata a casa con quel misto d'insoddisfazione e delusione tipica dall'essersi messi nelle mani di persone che non ti ascoltano e svolgono il proprio lavoro in modo svogliato dato che tanto i tuoi capelli fanno schifo, ma gli lasci un capitale e una fetta d'autostima calpestata. Ho conosciuto Tense Hair Studio grazie a Groupon, pronta all'ennesima esperienza usa e getta. Mi sono presentata alla sua porta per chiedere informazioni e prendere appuntamento e mi sono trovata davanti una ragazza bellissima e solare intenta a scherzare amichevolmente con la cliente che stava seguendo e che mi ha subito resa parte di quel momento di follia. Avevo un coupon anche di un'altra parrucchiera e l'ho subito cancellato: avevamo la vincitrice. La cosa che ti colpisce subito è che Grazia, la titolare, ti ascolta, ha voglia di fare e, per quanto drammatica possa essere la tua chioma, lei ha comunque un progetto per la tua testa. Accogliente come un'amica e seria come una mamma che ti bacchetta per il tuo bene. L'amerete. Punto. E ha anche dei buoni prezzi, ma appena la conoscerete non v'importerà nemmeno.
