L	Luciano Novello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho disputato un torneo Tpra domenica 16 Febbraio al Tennis club Mirano. Ho constatato con piacere che dispone di campi in terra rossa tra i migliori nel Veneto. Il personale è davvero gentile e cordiale, e per quanto è nelle loro possibilità, cercano di accontentare tutti. E' vero che gli spogliatoi sono un pò datati, ma gestire un circolo e far quadrare i bilanci non è per nulla semplice ed ovviamente tutti i circoli, anche i più blasonati, hanno degli aspetti da migliorare. I played a Tpra tournament on Sunday 16 February at the Mirano Tennis club. I was pleased to note that it has some of the best clay courts in the Veneto. The staff is really nice and friendly, and as far as they can, they try to please everyone. It is true that the changing rooms are a little dated, but managing a club and making ends meet is by no means simple and obviously all the clubs, even the most famous ones, have aspects to improve.

Purtroppo oggi il tempo non era buono e mia figlia aveva una prova gratuita,così ho chiamato per capire se si sarebbe potuta svolgere nonostante le condizioni meteo e mi è stato risposto che certamente la prova si sarebbe svolta in un campo coperto. Tutto bene quindi,invece le cose non sono andate così Prima un insegnante dentro al campo coperto ci ha risposto scocciato che le prove si svolgevano fuori,poi dopo aver fatto 20 minuti ha iniziato a piovere, io sono andata a ripararmi dentro al bar e mia figlia è arrivata completamente fradicia dopo 10 minuti. Questa non è correttezza, né serietà. Se si garantisce una cosa deve essere così, altrimenti si dice chiaramente la verità: avrei tenuto a casa mia figlia senza problemi. Non solo non iscriverò mia figlia al corso,ma io e mio marito non prenoteremo più il campo qui x fare qualche partita. Ci sono altri circoli più seri a cui rivolgersi. Così non si fa! All good then, however things did not go that way First a teacher inside the covered field replied annoyed that the rehearsals were taking place outside, then after 20 minutes it started raining, I went to take shelter inside the bar and my daughter arrived completely soaked after 10 minutes. This is neither fairness nor seriousness. If one thing is guaranteed it must be like this, otherwise the truth is clearly told: I would have kept my daughter at home without any problems. Not only will I not enroll my daughter on the course, but my husband and I will no longer book the pitch here to play a few games. There are other more serious circles to turn to. This is not done!

Con degli amici siamo andati per la prima , e ultima volta, a giocare a calcetto in questa struttura così per cambiare dal solito posto. Disorganizzazione per quanto riguarda gli avvisi per il termine del tempo, tantoché ci è toccato pagare mezz'ora in più per il loro mancato avviso. Si sono giustificati dicendo di metterci una sveglia sul cellulare, come se durante la partita dovessimo stare in silenzio e con un telefono a portata di mano per evitare di non sentire la sveglia. Assurdo! Aggiungerei dicendo che il riscaldamento a mio parere personale non c'era perché faceva freddo lo stesso, nonostante ci fosse stato detto che il campo sarebbe stato riscaldato. Bad experience, we will never go there again! Very rude secretarial staff. With some friends we went for the first, and last time, to play soccer in this structure so to change from the usual place. Disorganization regarding the notices for the end of the time, so much so that we had to pay an extra half hour for their failure to notify. They justified themselves by saying to put an alarm clock on our cell phone, as if during the game we had to be silent and with a phone at hand to avoid not hearing the alarm. Absurd! I would add by saying that the heating in my personal opinion was not there because it was cold anyway, even though we were told that the pitch would be heated.
