P	Piero Siccardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da questa Ditta ho fatto sostituire 4 serramenti (finestre), perché quelle che c'erano non erano adeguate, compresi i cassonetti. I serramenti sono davvero ottimi e sono stati montati in periodo estivo in due giorni; adesso (novembre 2021) comincia a fare fresco ed a me, pare, in una finestra entri fresco. Ho telefonato varie volte in Ditta perché mi mandassero un tecnico a verificare se era vero o, no la mia impressione. Gli impiegati, sempre gentili, dicevano che stavano organizzando l'invio, ma che ci vuole un mese? Gli avrei dato pure 10 stelle, ma in questo modo SOLO 4 ma per i serramenti e ZERO stelle per il post vendita. Il tecnico è poi venuto assieme a due operai, hanno constatato e mi han detto che mi avrebbero rifatto l'isolamento laterale e applicato una "striscia" isolante sotto il serramento. Tutto ciò è stato fatto a metà, circa, di marzo 2022, in 2 ore. Ora dovrei essere a posto. I phoned the company several times to send me a technician to check if my impression was true or not. The employees, always polite, said they were organizing the dispatch, but what does it take a month? I would have given him 10 stars as well, but in this way ONLY 4 but for the windows and ZERO stars for the after sales. The technician then came together with two workers, they found and told me that they would redo the lateral insulation and apply an insulating "strip" under the window. All of this was done in about the middle of March 2022, in 2 hours. Now I should be fine.

S	Susanna Pasciucco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pagato per intero una tenda da sole a fine marzo, per anticipare la stagione estiva. sono venuti ad aprile a montarla e mentre stavano per montarla si sono resi conto di aver sbagliato le misure. La tenda è tornata al mittente perché doveva essere modificata, con la promessa che entro la fine del mese sarebbero tornati. Risultato: tenda pagata più del dovuto, perché più lunga del necessario ( e questa cosa l’abbiamo fatta notare noi, altrimenti magari neanche ci avrebbero detto nulla), è passato più di un mese e nessuno si fa vivo, e dopo averli richiamati ci dicono che verranno a metà giugno, quindi dopo due mesi e quando l’estate è già bella e iniziata. Intanto noi abbiamo già pagato, non possiamo utilizzare il balcone perché fa troppo caldo e il venditore (che ha sbagliato le misure) si è dileguato, tanto lui le sue provvigioni ormai le ha prese, e non risponde mai alle telefonate. Sconsigliati.
L	Laura Pareschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato 2 tende ad aprile 2021 per il nostro terrazzo: una tenda 5x3 metri motorizzata ed una a caduta 3x3 metri. Inizialmente i problemi non sono mancati: le tende sono arrivate con 2 mesi di ritardo, la tenda motorizzata era differente da quella acquistata e il montaggio non è stato tra i più precisi. In questa situazione di comprensibile insoddisfazione da parte nostra, Tendaberg si è mostrata molto professionale e proattiva nella risoluzione di tutti i problemi riscontrati: si è attivata prontamente per effettuare un nuovo sopralluogo tecnico, verificare la fornitura della tenda corretta e pianificare una nuova installazione entro fine ottobre. Nel frattempo ci ha proposto di utilizzare la tenda "sbagliata" per i mesi estivi, garantendoci comunque la copertura dal sole con un prodotto di qualità. A fine ottobre tutto è stato risolto come concordato. Un grazie particolare a Nicholas ed alla sua squadra per il risultato finale ottenuto, di cui siamo davvero contenti: se non fosse stato per le difficoltà iniziali sicuramente avremmo dato 5 stelle piene. Mi sono affidata a Tendaberg e alla loro squadra di installatori! il consulente mi ha consigliato innumerevoli soluzioni e tra tutte ho scelto le chiusure in PVC cristal, molto resistenti e che permettono di godere del panorama...Oltre ad aver eseguito un fantastico lavoro, sono sempre stati disponibili: dalla posa all'assistenza pre e post vendita. Ditta seria, professionale e che davvero mantiene ciò che promette!!
