Un mese di tentativi telefonici e uno di persona per prendere un appuntamento per delle tende da interno. La persona che rispondeva al telefono gentilmente mi spiegava che non potevo prendere prenotazioni da lei, per cui avrei dovuto sempre richiamare dopo tot giorni. La volta in cui sono finalmente riuscito a fissare un appuntamento (fissato per 10 giorni dopo), ricevo telefonata mezz'ora prima dell'incontro per sentirmi dire che non si sarebbe fatto causa inconveniente. Eravamo per strada, organizzati appositamente. Alla mia richiesta: "E quindi a quando potremmo rinviare l'incontro?" la risposta é stata: "Dovrà chiamarci tra qualche giorno per prendere un nuovo appuntamento..."
Sinceramente, se il periodo era problematico, se oberati di lavoro, se la priorità andasse data a lavori più grossi a scapito di clienti privati che chiedono solo delle tende da casa (nel mio caso 8 finestre)... bastava dirlo. Semplicemente. Senza prendere in giro possibili (anche se piccoli) clienti. Quando manca la serietà, senza attenzione o il minimo tentativo di recuperare, la qualità può essere pure altissima, ma per principio io cerco altro.

The person who answered the phone kindly explained to me that I could not take reservations from her, so I would always have to call back after a few days. The time I finally managed to make an appointment (fixed for 10 days later), I get a phone call half an hour before the meeting to be told that there would be no inconvenience. We were on the street, specially organized. To my request: "So when can we postpone the meeting?" the answer was: "You will have to call us in a few days to make a new appointment ..."
Honestly, if the period was problematic, if overworked, if priority was given to bigger jobs at the expense of private customers who only ask for home curtains (in my case 8 windows) ... it was enough to say it. Simply. Without making fun of possible (even if small) customers. When seriousness is lacking, without attention or the slightest attempt to recover, the quality can also be very high, but in principle I look for something else.
