★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato a metà Novembre tavolo per 12 persone privè, con tanto di bonifico bancario di 600€ un mese prima dell’arrivo. Entriamo nel locale e ci portano in un tavolo pista (con tanto di gente di sdraiata all’interno), non essendo ciò che avevamo pattuito ci propongono un tavolo privè che fisicamente era accessibile a 5 persone. Chiaramente ci lamentiamo e come spiegazione ci viene detto che il tavolo è comunque uno nonostante noi tutti e 12 abbiamo pagato, cosa avremmo dovuto fare a turni per stare nel tavolo pagato? Aggiungo che lo staff è incompetente e MOLTO maleducato, principalmente la signora alla cassa acida e impaziente. Stia a casa a dormire se non sa lavorare nei club ?
We booked a private table for 12 people in mid-November, complete with a bank transfer of € 600 one month before arrival. We enter the room and they take us to a track table (complete with people lying inside), not being what we had agreed on, they offer us a private table that was physically accessible to 5 people. Clearly we complain and as an explanation we are told that the table is still one despite all 12 of us having paid, what should we have done in turns to stay in the paid table? I add that the staff are incompetent and VERY rude, mainly the sour and impatient lady at the cashier. Stay home and sleep if you can't work in clubs ?
