Purtroppo il mio sogno è diventato un incubo. La commessa scorbutica, maleducata e dava delle risposte veramente del cavolo. Tutte nella stanza si guardavano a vicenda, sorprese dalla maleducazione di questa signora. Non mi faceva sentire per niente a mio agio e non vedevo l'ora di andarmene. Mi dispiace tanto, avevo delle aspettative talmente alte perché tutte me ne parlavano bene. Non faccio nomi perché non è corretto ma la commessa di cui parlo deve cambiare atteggiamento subito perché rovina non solo la giornata alla gente ma il sogno di qualsiasi sposa. Grazie Granted that I was really, really happy to finally go to Temptation s Gallery in Palmi. I even came from another region. Unfortunately my dream became a nightmare. The saleswoman was grumpy, rude and gave some really damn answers. Everyone in the room looked at each other, surprised by this lady's rudeness. It didn't make me feel comfortable at all and I couldn't wait to leave. I'm so sorry, I had such high expectations because everyone spoke well to me. I do not mention names because it is not correct but the saleswoman I am talking about must change her attitude immediately because it ruins not only people's day but the dream of any bride. Thank you

Temptation's Gallery è una bellissima realtà in Calabria. I was very satisfied with the service and the professionalism shown. I had second thoughts and went back, by appointment, to change the ceremony dress. No obstacles or impediments indeed, available and courteous. Emanuela, the girl in charge of my needs, was able to understand, evaluate and find the solution to my problem. Temptation's Gallery is a beautiful reality in Calabria.

Gli abiti acquistati dal reparto outlet erano sporchi e con pietre mancanti . Invece per il vestito acquistato a prezzo pieno un disastro totale . Avevo il vestito uguale ad una delle invitate . Quando il negozio mi aveva garantito che non sarebbe successo, si erano segnati anche la data. E quando li ho chiamati per avvisare la loro risposta è stata sono cose che capitano.. credo che tutto questo sia dovuto a incompetenza e mancanza di professionalità. Esperienza negativa. I do not recommend this atelier, I bought three dresses .. two of which at a discount and one at full price. The clothes purchased from the outlet department were dirty and with missing stones. On the other hand, for the dress purchased at full price, a total disaster. I had the same dress as one of the guests. When the shop assured me it wouldn't happen, they also marked the date. And when I called them to warn them their answer was these things happen .. I think all this is due to incompetence and lack of professionalism. Bad experience.

G	Giancarlo Galati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale garbato e molto professionale (noi siamo stati seguiti dalla sig.na Erika) alla quale vanno i complimenti della mia famiglia...l unica nota dolente è la politica di vendita dell'azienda , es: personalmente trovo assurdo che, dopo aver speso una certa cifra, se c'è da fare una piccola riparazione ad un pantalone, questa sia a carico del cliente...da che mondo e mondo non si è mai vista una cosa del genere!!! Non sono le 20 euro di ulteriori spese ma è una questione di principio...
