★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno dell'assistenza stradale e l'assicurazione ha girato la richiesta a questa ditta di soccorso. Innanzitutto mi hanno chiamato dicendo che arrivavano entro 20 minuti e sono stati più che puntuali, quindi molto professionale, poi Andrea è un personaggio che ti sa consigliare e in più sa farti sorridere in un momento in cui la giornata stava prendendo una brutta piega.

First of all they called me saying that they arrived within 20 minutes and they were more than punctual, so very professional, then Andrea is a character who knows how to advise you and also knows how to make you smile at a time when the day was taking a bad turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una gelida mattina di gennaio (oggi) la mia Matiz mi ha lasciato con batteria e ruota a terra, non avendo avuto al momento altre macchine a disposizione mi sono affidato a Temporin; la puntualità, la disponibilità e la simpatia di Feofan mi hanno letteralmente risollevato!
Servizio efficiente, puntuale, disponibile e corretto (è arrivato alle 10:30 e in meno di un quarto d'ora mi ha sostituito una gomma che era completamente bloccata, gonfiato il ruotino, riavviato la macchina e firmato le pratiche).
Mi dispiace non avergli potuto offrire un caffé perché entrambi dovevamo lavorare ma gli dedico questa recensione.
Buon lavoro ragazzi, continuate così!

On a frosty morning in January (today) my Matiz left me with battery and wheel on the ground, not having at the moment other machines available I entrusted myself to Temporin; the punctuality, availability and sympathy of Feofan literally lifted me up!
Efficient, punctual, helpful and correct service (it arrived at 10:30 and in less than a quarter of an hour I was replaced by a tire that was completely blocked, inflated the wheel, restarted the car and signed the paperwork).
I'm sorry I wasn't able to offer him a coffee because we both had to work but I dedicate this review to him.
Good job guys, keep it up!

Mi hanno detto che sarebbero arrivati dopo un quarto d'ora ed è stato così il recupero non è stato molto facile Anche perché era in una strada stretta comunque è stato eseguito in maniera impeccabile Complimenti a tutto lo staff
