Stamattina doppio appuntamento:
1) in Lomazzo 13 (con agenzia gemella di Canonica) alle ore 9.00; chiamo alle 9.15 e la risposta è stata “Ci scusi non l’abbiamo segnato”
2) In Lomazzo 45 (con agenzia principale di Procaccini) alle ore 9:30 e ricevo chiamata alle 9:10: ci scusiamo ma abbiamo avuto un imprevisto.
INUTILE CHE CAMBINO NOME: sempre buffoni restano. E lo dico dopo che l’anno scorso, dopo aver visto un appartamento, in sede di proposta scopro che l’immobile non era libero subito ma dopo 9 mesi, la loro provvigione era altissima e non c’era trattabilita nonostante durante le visite continuavano a dirmi “ampiamente trattabile”

1) in Lomazzo 13 (with sister agency of Canonica) at 9.00 am; I call at 9.15 am and the answer was "Sorry, we haven't marked it"
2) In Lomazzo 45 (with main agency in Procaccini) at 9:30 am and I receive a call at 9:10 am: we apologize but we had an unexpected event.
It is useless for my name to change: fools always remain. And I say this after last year, after having seen an apartment, in the proposal I discover that the property was not free immediately but after 9 months, their commission was very high and there was no treatability despite the fact that during the visits they continued to tell me "widely treatable"
