★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una settimana per aspettare di essere richiamato, una settimana per fissare un sopralluogo, una settimana per sentirsi rispondere "non possiamo fornirvi supporto perché abbiamo impegni pregressi". Avevo da subito chiarito il periodo in cui mi serviva il trasloco, avevano controllato e avevano detto di esser liberi. Evidentemente pensavano di portare due scatoloni e quando il lavoro è diventato più impegnativo si sono dileguati. Complimenti per la scarsa professionalità.
A week to wait to be called back, a week to arrange an inspection, a week to be answered "we cannot provide you with support because we have previous commitments". I had immediately clarified the period in which I needed the move, they had checked and said they were free. Evidently they thought they were carrying two boxes and when the work became more demanding they disappeared. Congratulations on the lack of professionalism.
