Fissato appuntamento per vedere un appartamento, l'agente si presenta in ritardo di 15 minuti senza avvisare (ovviamente appuntamento durante il mio orario lavorativo), dice di "avere chiamato ma il telefono era spento". Il telefono non era mai stato spento, eventualmente forse occupato. Dico che avrebbe potuto lasciare almeno un messaggio, resta senza parole e borbotta "eh non ho i messaggi" (???). Saliamo e solo una volta che siamo al piano inizia a chiamare (due volte) la proprietaria, che è in casa ma non risponde al telefono. Ma dico, bussare o suonare il campanello, no? Per non farci mancare nulla, una volta in casa non è in grado di rispondere alle mie domande più basiche (quando sono stati fatti i lavori, a quando risalgono gli impianti). Ma allora dov'è l'utilità di avere un agente? Senza parole. Questo non è il modo di lavorare. Zero serietà. Se anche mi fosse piaciuta la casa, non l'avrei mai considerata, pur di evitare di avere a che fare con questa agenzia. EDIT: aggiungo che una delle due recensioni positive è stata scritta dalla loro stessa agente... Che ridere I have seen many agencies but never so serious. Fixed an appointment to see an apartment, the agent shows up 15 minutes late without notifying (obviously appointment during my working hours), says he "called but the phone was off". The phone had never been turned off, possibly possibly busy. I say he could have left at least one message, he is speechless and mutters "eh I don't have messages" (???). We go up and only once we are on the floor starts calling (twice) the owner, who is at home but does not answer the phone. But I say, knock or ring the bell, no? In order not to miss anything, once at home he is unable to answer my most basic questions (when the works were done, when the plants date back). So where's the use of having an agent? Without words. This is not the way to work. Zero seriousness. Even if I liked the house, I would never have considered it, to avoid having to deal with this agency. EDIT: I add that one of the two positive reviews was written by their own agent ... What a laugh

Lasciato deposito caparra e controprezzo che si sono tenuti per oltre 2 mesi. Fissato rogito e continuamente rimandato da parte loro con grosso disagio del notaio e mio e poi...... i furbacchioni hanno trovato da vendere a un prezzo maggiore e hanno “annullato” la proposta . È da luglio, quando ho fatto la proposta di acquisto di appartamento in via Benedetto Marcello a Milano, che mi assicuravano della loro “serieta’ e Professionalità “....... EVITATE. EVITATE!!!!!!!! ... Beware people, beware !!!!! Never met less serious real estate agency. Deposit and counter-price left which have been held for over 2 months. The deed was fixed and continually postponed by them, much to the discomfort of the notary and mine and then ...... the smart guys found something to sell at a higher price and "canceled" the proposal. L'unica cosa che mi sento di dire e che è veramente poco professionale rispondere in questo modo a dei clienti anche se questi cerchino di intralciare il vostro lavoro, dato che ne va della vostra reputazione online. Per il resto mi sono trovato bene durante la visita di alcune case e non ho riscontrato nessun problema con loro Based on my experience with them I do not share these criticisms, the only thing is that sometimes they are late but it can happen. Per la vendita del mio appartamento venivo aggiornato costantemente sulle attività che svolgevano e hanno ottenuto un ottimo risultato. Credevo di non riuscire a trovare casa dopo la vendita, invece fin dal primo momento mi hanno aiutato anche con la ricerca riuscendo a soddisfare i miei interessi. Credo non ci sia agenzia immobiliare migliore! I sold and bought a house with them, all at the same time, I couldn't be more satisfied. For the sale of my apartment I was constantly updated on the activities they carried out and they achieved an excellent result. I thought I couldn't find a house after the sale, instead from the first moment they also helped me with the search, managing to satisfy my interests. I believe there is no better real estate agency!

Evitate di mettere nell’annuncio chiamare il numero se poi non avete voglia di rispondere alla domande più semplici come ad esempio a quanto ammonta la caparra (perché no non c’era scritto sull’annuncio anche se la poco gentile signora sosteneva di sì). I called to find out more about a rented house and a very rude and listless lady answered. Avoid calling the number in the advertisement if you do not want to answer the simplest questions such as how much is the deposit (why not, it was not written on the advertisement even if the unkind lady said yes).
