Mi ero rivolto al negozio per stipulare un contratto con Tim adsl per casa con la raccomandazione che avevo già un altro operatore e non potevo restare senza adsl neanche un giorno... invece praticamente il tecnico Tim, venuto giorni dopo a casa mia, mi ha detto che invece prima devo dare disdetta al vecchio operatore e dopo attendere il riallaccio con loro...quindi giorni senza connessione... in sostanza tempo perso e contratto nullo... Bad experience.
