p	palermoforever98 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho portato il mio telefono per far vedere se il problema era la batteria e giustamente me lo hanno aperto e una volta che mi hanno detto che era da sostituire non mi hanno neanche chiuso il telefono bene che vergona se non avete voglia di lavorare chiudete che fate prima e conterrò personalmente xiaomi per farvi togliere il loro marchio. I brought my phone to show if the problem was the battery and rightly they opened it to me and once they told me it had to be replaced they didn't even close the phone well that's shame if you don't want to work shut down what do you do first and i will personally contact xiaomi to make you take off their brand.

Ho lasciato il controller Ps4 lì per capire quale fosse il problema perché non funzionavano i tasti R3 L3 e ho comprato i tagli analogici stesso io. Dovevano chiamarmi per confermare che effettivamente fosse quello il problema invece hanno fatto di testa loro e hanno cambiato direttamente i tasti chiedendomi 30 €, al mio rifiuto (perché non era ciò che io avevo chiesto di fare) avevamo pattuito di rimettere il controller come stava perché lo avrei ritirato il giorno successivo. Morale della favola? Ho ritirato il controller e quando sono tornata a casa (sospettavo già cosa avesse fatto) il controller non si accendeva nemmeno... per sfregio il proprietario ha rotto completamente il controller e gli analogici che io stessa avevo comprato su amazon. DA DENUNCIA !!! THIEVES, INFAMED, IMMATURE AND FALSE. Too bad you can't put 0. I left the Ps4 controller there to figure out what the problem was because the R3 L3 keys didn't work and I bought the analog cuts myself. They had to call me to confirm that that was actually the problem instead they did their own thing and changed the keys directly asking me for 30 €, upon my refusal (because it was not what I had asked to do) we had agreed to put the controller back as it was because I would have picked it up the next day. Moral of the story? I picked up the controller and when I got home (I already suspected what it had done) the controller didn't even turn on ... for disgrace the owner completely broke the controller and the analogs that I myself had bought on amazon. FROM COMPLAINT !!!

Ho fatto riparare da loro uno Xiaomi mi8 e un Huawei p20 lite spero di non tornare mai da loro, nel senso che spero che mai un altro cel mi lasci a piedi, ma nel caso sfigato non avrei dubbi a tornare da loro fair prices, fast and very professional times. Mi recai da loro mesi fa per montare una nuova scocca posteriore al mio smartphone. Ne ordinarono una compatibile - poichè in quel momento non disponibile quella originale - ma appena ritirato il cellulare, la back cover si scollò. Pensando che la colla non avesse aderito bene, tornai in negozio e i ragazzi furono così gentili da rimettere lo smartphone nel fornetto (per circa 40 minuti). Quella sera stessa, la back cover si sollevò quasi completamente, solo allora mi resi conto che l'unica traccia di colla visibile era sulla batteria e non ai bordi del cellulare. Tornai da loro e misero nuovamente il cellulare nel fornetto (per un'ora) ma anche questa volta il tentativo fu vano, i ragazzi mi dissero che il problema era l'adesivo in dotazione della back cover compatibile. Così chiesi loro di ordinarne una originale. Montata la back cover originale, ho avuto i medesimi problemi. Ad oggi sono senza back cover e con una batteria che presenta una traccia di colla che fa spessore (impedendo una corretta aderenza della scocca sui bordi). Mi chiedo se tutte quelle ore nel fornetto abbiano gonfiato la batteria e se sia possibile eliminare quella chiazza di colla sulla batteria senza danneggiare lo smartphone. I put two stars only for the kindness of the staff, in my opinion they are incompetent. I went to them months ago to mount a new rear body on my smartphone. They ordered a compatible one - as the original one was not available at the time - but as soon as the phone was withdrawn, the back cover came unstuck. Thinking the glue hadn't adhered well, I went back to the shop and the guys were kind enough to put the smartphone back in the oven (for about 40 minutes). That same evening, the back cover was raised almost completely, only then did I realize that the only trace of glue visible was on the battery and not on the edges of the phone. I went back to them and put the phone back in the oven (for an hour) but this time too the attempt was in vain, the boys told me that the problem was the adhesive supplied with the compatible back cover. So I asked them to order an original one. Once the original back cover was mounted, I had the same problems. To date they are without back cover and with a battery that has a trace of glue that creates thickness (preventing correct adhesion of the body on the edges). I wonder if all those hours in the oven have inflated the battery and if it's possible to get rid of that patch of glue on the battery without damaging the smartphone.
