Il mese scorso ho acquistato un telefono TIM Smart 1 presso questi signori.
Mio figlio lo ha resettato ma il telefono è andato in blocco senza possibilità (pur inserendo le credenziali corrette gmail) di riattivarlo.
Porto il telefono indietro, loro lo spediscono al centro assistenza per lo sblocco e torna indietro senza essere stato sistemato con la seguente risposta: Il telefono ha un firmware introvabile.
Ora mi chiedo: ma questi vendono apparecchi che poi nessuno supporta ?

I give a star because zero is not possible.
Last month I purchased a TIM Smart 1 phone from these gentlemen.
My son reset it but the phone went into lockout with no possibility (even though inserting the correct gmail credentials) to reactivate it.
I take the phone back, they send it to the service center for unlocking and go back without having been fixed with the following answer: The phone has an unobtainable firmware.
Now I ask myself: do they sell devices that nobody supports?
