★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato 50 tovaglie color ocra il 15.11.2021 e versato quasi tutta la somma come anticipo, avendo la garanzia che ci volessero due, massimo tre settimane. Dopo non aver sentito più nulla il 26.11.2021 chiedo a che punto sia la merce, se potessi contare sul termine dichiarato, tutto per email perché al telefono non rispondeva mai nessuno. Il 02.12.2021 finalmente una risposta:
Buonasera sig. Costantino,
la sua merce è pronta, il totale a saldo da bonificare è di €69,76 . Inoltre avrei bisogno di tutti i dati per la fatturazione.
Resto in attesa di un suo gradito riscontro.

In poche parole, le tovaglie sono arrivate il 12.01.2021, color salmone!!!!
Forse gliele manderò indietro e gliele regalo, purtroppo dalla Svizzera non vale la pena fare troppo casino. Comunque, servizio molto scadente e personale non all'altezza. Lo dimostra anche il fatto che chi ha messo cinque stelle e fatto una ottima recensione sono al 80% quelli che ci lavorano.

After not having heard anything on 11.26.2021 I ask at what point the goods are, if I could count on the deadline, all by email because no one ever answered the phone. On 02.12.2021 finally an answer:

Maybe I'll send them back and give them to you, unfortunately it's not worth making too much noise from Switzerland. However, very poor service and staff not up to par. This is also demonstrated by the fact that those who put five stars and made an excellent review are 80% of those who work there.
