Sistematicamente la mia differenziata, centro storico ad Acireale, viene lasciata, con conseguente disagio. Paradossalmente al vicino (stesso numero civico) , che colloca i rifiuti in orario non consentito ( e cioè la sera prima) , la spazzatura viene regolarmente prelevata! Che schifo! Recentemente si sono rifiutati di ritirare il verde raccolto nel giardino, cosa che è sempre stata fatta puntualmente il lunedì. Se cambiano le regole si informa tutti ufficialmente!!! NON RISPONDONO AL TELEFONO E PER IL RITIRO RIFIUTI SPECIALI SI DEVE ATTENDERE PIÙ DI 2 MESI!!! VERGOGNA! VERGOGNA! VERGOGNA! Bad service. They often skip picking up waste, regardless of day and type. Non rispondono mai, indipendentemente dal giorno e dall'ora a cui provi a contattare il numero verde, e comunque entro gli orari di lavoro dichiarati. Questo non è un servizio ma un DISServizio. M	Marco Polizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto al dipendente della Tekra come fare ad ottenere la raccolta dei rifiuti speciali che infestano l'area condominiale da oltre due mesi ( mobili plastici, materassi, rifiuti manutenzione del verde), mi ha risposto che lui non può nulla. L'amministratore di via dei Maceratoi 8 Acireale da giugno mi dice che chiede l'intervento straordinario della Tekra per eliminare l'inconveniente. Mi dicono che il Dott. Tino Motta è il dirigente a cui rivolgersi. Bene lo faccio pubblicamente visto che le vie ordinarie: numero verde e amministratore del nostro condominio non sortiscono effetto. Lo faccio quale fruitore di un servizio pubblico che pago carissimo per case stagionali e che mostra gravi inefficienze intollerabili da cittadini/consumatori. Vi farò sapere. M.P. P.S. A distanza di una settimana dal testo sopra scritto non è cambiato nulla. La Tekra ed il dirigente restano silenti. P.P.S. A distanza di oltre 40 giorni dal testo sopra scritto non è cambiato nulla. All'area infestata da oltre 3 mesi afferiscono oltre 30 abitazioni stagionali. La Tekra ha l'obbligo ed il dovere di provvedere a raccolte straordinarie con cadenze regolari e calendarizzate nel periodo estivo, altrimenti il servizio di raccolta è inesistente e non risponde alle esigenze dei contribuenti. P.p.p.s. Finalmente con il 95% delle case vuote il più è stato raccolto, permangono solamente i sacchi dello sfalcio del verde. Come può un servizio essere reso ai contribuenti quando ha finito la sua reale utilità? Speriamo che il Sindaco Stefano Alì ne chieda conto all'azienda. TEKRA DI ACREALE - Non rispondete al numero verde! - Al call center per ben 2 volte ho comunicato il disservizio di mancato ritiro regolarmente autorizzato con codice e data del ritiro e mi è stato risposto che mi avrebbero richiamato. Bene, non l'hanno mai fatto!! -Sono andato direttamente alla Tekra di Acireale per 3 volte consecutive per richiedere la rimozione dei rifiuti lasciati sul marciapiede e mai venuti a ritirare . VERGOGNAAAAA !!!!!! SHAME!!!!!! Voglio rispettare l'ambiente e il luogo che mi ospita e proprio per questo rispetto la raccolta differenziata. Su tre giorni di permanenza, solo un giorno è stato effettuato il servizio. Se si vuole comunicare un disservizio si deve utilizzare un risponditore automatico. Quando lo scorso anno ho avuto lo stesso problema almeno, anche se a fatica, avevo potuto parlare con una operatrice. Pessimo servizio sotto ogni aspetto e a maggior ragione in considerazione del pagamento delle tasse. Hello, I'm from Milan and I spend a period of the year in a hamlet of Acireale.
