Ho constatato che una carena aveva un limitato danno (righe) ma molto visibile. Ho segnalato e senza neppure dover chiedere hanno immediatamente ordinato il pezzo sostitutivo, pervenuto in 10gg. Davvero seri e corretti, complimenti. l'ellittica, per utilizzo amatoriale, funziona benissimo e - almeno per ora - è silenziosa. buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ho ricevuto l'ordine distribuito in più giorni, dal giorno dopo l'ordine... per quanto mi riguarda mi è andata anche bene così perché era tutta roba pesante e me la sono distribuita. Telefonicamente ho trovato un Andrea davvero molto gentile ed efficiente a farmi spedire tutto il materiale richiesto. Sicuramente rifarei un altro ordine, e poi i miei attrezzi sono bellissimi ? Parto subito col dire che il venditore è stato esemplare in cortesia e gentilezza! Avevo commesso un errore durante l’ordine ma sono stati prontissimi a risolverlo ed oltre a consigliarmi bene mi hanno cambiato l’ordine facendomi un grande favore! E tra l’altro sono stati molto pazienti a rispondere alle mie mail! La consegna è stata veloce ed era tutto imballato alla perfezione! I prodotti sono ottimi per l’uso che devo farne. Spedizione veloce e corriere Bartolini cortese che mi ha aiutata a caricare la scatola pesantissima in auto ( l ho fatta recapitare dove lavoro). Non do 5 stelle solo perché la bici una volta montata ha un po' di " gioco" sul sellino e anche sul manubrio che è molto fastidioso. Basterebbe aggiungere qualche guarnizione dove le varie parti si uniscono per assicurare una stabilità ottima. Comunque ho provveduto da sola con del nastro isolante messo nei posti giusti che fa da cuscinetto . La pedalata è fluida e silenziosa e sono molto soddisfatta dell acquisto !!! I ordered a spin bike with a 22kg flywheel. My questions were immediately answered by email and by telephone. Fast shipping and courteous Bartolini courier who helped me load the heavy box into the car (I had it delivered to where I work). I don't give 5 stars just because the bike once mounted has a bit of "play" on the saddle and also on the handlebar which is very annoying. It would be enough to add some gaskets where the various parts come together to ensure excellent stability. However I have provided myself with some duct tape placed in the right places that acts as a cushion. The pedaling is smooth and silent and I am very satisfied with the purchase !!!
