★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avuto a che fare con la loro succursale di Certaldo per la manutenzione periodica della caldaia. Premetto che quest'ultima era perfettamente funzionante prima del loro "intervento", dopo nemmeno 24 ore mi ritrovo con una caldaia guasta ed in blocco. Attendo nuovo intervento di ripristino.
It had to deal with their branch of Certaldo for periodic maintenance of the boiler. It states that the latter was fully functional before their "intervention", even after 24 hours I find myself with a faulty boiler and in block. I await new restoration action.

C'è stato un problema di mancato servizio "di emergenza", e spero che dopo questo episodio venga migliorata l'organizzazione interna per quanto riguarda i prefestivi; ma non posso che essere più che soddisfatta del lavoro svolto da Yuri e Luca che il primo giorno utile si sono dedicati un intero pomeriggio alla risoluzione del guasto, tornando a verificare che fosse tutto a posto anche il mattino seguente. Sono stati davvero molto bravi ed efficienti, due veri professionisti. Grazie
After a bad first review, I decided to rewrite it by changing my opinion to positive. There was a problem of "emergency" non-service, and I hope that after this episode the internal organization regarding the pre-holidays will be improved; but I can only be more than satisfied with the work done by Yuri and Luca that on the first day they spent an entire afternoon resolving the fault, returning to verify that everything was okay even the following morning. They were really very good and efficient, two real professionals. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caldaia funzionante. Durante il loro intervento si è bruciata la scheda. Non hanno riconosciuto che la cosa poteva essere stata provocata dal loro tecnico come detto anche dai colleghi. Conseguenza caldaia in blocco e rimesso per intero in conto spesa della scheda. Mai avuto esperienze così. O si fa così per tenersi i clienti?
Working boiler. During their intervention the card was burned. They did not recognize that the thing could have been caused by their technician as also said by colleagues. Consequence of the boiler in block and returned in full to the expense account of the card. Never had such experiences. Or is this done to keep customers?
