Un mesetto fa mi avete revisionato la caldaia e da quel momento 'casualmente' ho avuto problemi di blocco iono allarme 06. Ho chiesto in settimana di uscire a verificare cosa non funzionava e mi avete dato app.to per oggi senza specificare alcun costo di uscita quindi supponevo trattavasi di uscita gratuita prevista in seguito a revisione recente. Oggi mi è stato cambiato un elettrodo eur 20 (che potevano benissimo sostituire già in precedenza constatato che il tecnico oggi a prima vista ha capito subito il problema). Quello che lascia basiti che avete avuto il coraggio di fatturare ben 50 euro di diritto di uscita!!!!. Vergognosi!! Ed esosi!! Vi ho chiamato per chiedere spiegazioni e mi avete quasi attaccato il telefono seccati. Non verrete più a casa mia questo poco ma sicuro. Cordiali saluti. For almost 15 years I have been supporting you for similar boiler maintenance. A month ago you have serviced the boiler and from that 'chance' when I had problems of ion alarm block 06. I asked in week out to see what was not working and you gave me app.to for today but without any output costs so I assumed it was a free exit due to a recent review. Today I was changed an electrode eur 20 (which might well have replaced previously found that the technician now at first sight immediately understood the problem). What leaves you astounded that you had the courage to invoice as much as 50 euros of exit rights !!!!. Shameful !! And hexose !! I called to ask for explanations and you almost attacked my phone annoyed. You will not come to my house this little but sure. Sincerely.
A	Ariely Gm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siete solo dei truffatori, avete fatto sempre manutenzione della nostra caldaia e dopo un mese della pulizia che siete venuti a fare, la caldaia si é bloccata, avete detto che si era rotto un pezzo ( lo scambiatore buccato avevate detto) e che costava 700 euro cambiarlo, ho chiesto spiegazioni e mai mi avete risposto.. Alla fine abbiamo chiamato altri tecnici sono venuti a vedere e non c'era nessun bucco. Alla fine abbiamo pagato lo stesso ma di meno, dato che era il lavoro del tecnico cambiare il pezzo (perché pensavamo che era quello il problema ) Siete delle persone orribili senza morale e vi approffittate delle persone umili che hanno dei bambini in casa!! Ma tutto si paga nella vita Spero che andate in rovina You are just scammers, you have always done maintenance on our boiler and after a month of cleaning that you came to do, the boiler is blocked, you said that a piece was broken (the exchanger was punctured you said) and that it cost 700 euros change it, I asked for explanations and you never answered me .. In the end we paid the same but less, as it was the technician's job to change the piece (because we thought that was the problem) You are horrible people with no morals and you take advantage of humble people who have children in the house !!
