Condizionatore e caldaia entrambi Riello.
Nel primo caso sono riuscito ad ottenere l’intervento dopo molto tempo ed in seguito ad una mail di lamentela diretta a Riello Italia.
Una volta intervenuti sono stati molto superficiali infatti pochi giorni dopo si è ripresentato il problema. Quando sono riuscito a farli tornare hanno dichiarato che il problema è più grave e che non potevano intervenire per impedimenti natura muraria e quindi sono andati via. Avrebbero potuto accorgersene quando hanno fatto il collaudo, comunque sono in attesa di risposta...
Per quanto riguarda la caldaia, sono stati tempestivi nell’intervento, ma anche in questo caso superficiali e non risolutivi.
Si sarebbero potuti salvare se non nella sostanza almeno nella forma, ma niente bocciati anche li, maleducati.
Ovviamente questa è la mia esperienza personale.
Bad experience on 2 occasions:
Air conditioner and boiler both Riello.
In the first case, I managed to get the intervention after a long time and following an email of complaint addressed to Riello Italy.
Once they intervened they were very superficial in fact a few days later the problem reappeared. When I managed to get them back they declared that the problem is more serious and that they could not intervene due to building impediments and therefore they left. They could have noticed when they did the test, however they are waiting for an answer ...
As for the boiler, they were prompt in the intervention, but also in this case superficial and not decisive.
They could have been saved if not in substance, at least in form, but nothing rejected them too, rude.
Obviously this is my personal experience.
