★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le recensioni che avevo letto, hanno evidenziato quanto ho potuto constatare direttamente. La Tecom è un azienda che risponde prontamente alle necessità del cliente. Tecnici qualificati e venditori all'altezza del ruolo che ricoprono (non sempre è cosi, quando compri servizi o beni..) Ho installato una pompa di calore ed un fotovoltaico, tutto in tempi brevissimi e con un ottimo servizio. Un elogio anche all'Ufficio Amministrativo che mi ha aiutato a evadere le pratiche inerenti le detrazioni fiscali. Grazie :)
 The reviews I had read highlighted what I was able to see directly. Tecom is a company that responds promptly to customer needs. Qualified technicians and salespeople up to the role they play (not always so, when you buy services or goods ..) I installed a heat pump and a photovoltaic, all in a very short time and with an excellent service. A praise also to the Administrative Office which helped me to evade the practices related to tax deductions. Thanks :)

Il servizio è impeccabile l'installazione molto professionale svolta da persone preparate e competenti, non ho dato 5 stelle perché ho avuto alcuni dubbi sul prezzo, che comunque trovo adeguato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato un sistema di climatizzazione centralizzato un paio di anni fa. Il venditore che ha valutato il progetto ha sottovalutato l'esigenza di fornire anche l'acqua calda pensando di collegarsi ad una caldaia a muro sita in un piano differente. Così facendo ho dovuto aggiungere uno scaldabagno a pompa di calore in corso d'opera con tutte le conseguenze del caso, (economiche, estetiche, funzionali). I componenti forniti sono ottimi ma le opere murarie /canalizzazioni sono state fatte in modo pessimo senza alcuna cura. Alcune griglie di ventilazione sporgono 2cm dal muro, e quella di ricircolo è storta. L'esperienza nel suo complesso poteva essere di sicuro più positiva .....
I installed a central air conditioning system a couple of years ago. The seller who evaluated the project underestimated the need to supply hot water as well, thinking of connecting to a wall boiler located on a different floor. In doing so I had to add a heat pump water heater during construction with all the consequences of the case (economic, aesthetic, functional). The components supplied are excellent but the masonry / ductwork was done in a very bad way without any care. Some ventilation grilles protrude 2cm from the wall, and the recirculation grille is crooked. The experience as a whole could certainly have been more positive .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato questa azienda per far installare, presso l'alloggio di mia madre, un impianto di climatizzazione. Siamo stati seguiti e consigliati sulla migliore soluzione da adottare, considerato anche la sfida offerta dall'alloggio, privo di ogni predisposizione.
Benché il lavoro sia stato tanto e decisamente intrusivo, la professionalità e l'abilità degli artigiani è stata tale da produrre un ottimo risultato finale.
L'impianto è di tipo canalizzato su tutte le stanze, con unico motore esterno. Copre un volume totale di circa 90 mq. Anche il supporto sulla documentazione da ricevere, per avere il riconoscimento delle detrazione prevista per questo tipo di lavori sulla prossima dichiarazione dei redditi, è stata all'altezza.
I contacted this company to install, at the apartment of my mother, an air conditioning system. We were looked after and advised on the best solution, considering the challenge offered from the house, without any preparation.
Although the work has been hard and very intrusive, the professionalism and skill of the craftsmen was to produce a good end result.
The plant type is channeled to all rooms, with single outboard motor. It covers a total volume of about 90 square meters. Even the supporting documentation to be received, for the recognition of the deduction provided for this type of work on the next tax return, fell short.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino all'installazione e al pagamento tutto bene, poi un inferno. Dopo 6 mesi non ho ancora ricevuto il libretto d'installazione, per avere la certificazione FGAS ho dovuto chiamare e scrivere in continuazione. L'estensione della garanzia a 5 anni del dual split Samsung non è mai arrivata. Ogni volta che telefoni sono sgarbati, frettolosi sembra che gli dai fastidio, ma i soldi li hanno presi eccome. Sconsigliato
Until installation and payment all right, then hell. After 6 months I have not yet received the installation booklet, to have the FGAS certification I had to call and write constantly. Samsung's dual split 5-year warranty extension never arrived. Whenever you call they are rude, in a hurry it seems that you annoy them, but they have taken the money and how. Not recommended

Non conoscevamo questa azienda, ma in fase di sopralluogo ci ha colpito la professionalità con cui ci è stato spiegato e consigliato l'impianto in base ai dati tecnici della ns. casa. Il loro personale prepara l'ambiente di lavoro coprendo ogni cosa, porta via ogni detrito e lascia pulito. Installato e funzionante in pochissimi giorni, ottimo anche il supporto tecnico per le spiegazioni dell'impianto e quello per le pratiche fiscali. Abbiamo consigliato questa azienda a parenti ed amici, la raccomandiamo vivamente.
We had them install a ducted air conditioning system. We did not know this company, but during the inspection we were struck by the professionalism with which we were explained and recommended the system based on the technical data of our. home. Their staff prepares the work environment by covering everything, taking away any debris and leaving it clean. Installed and operational in a few days, also excellent technical support for the explanations of the system and that for tax practices. We have recommended this company to relatives and friends, we highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto mettere un dual split un mese fa ed è durato 6 ore circa;alle tre di notte mi sono accorto che ha buttato fuori un sacco di acqua .
Tutto questo perché chi ha installato il condizionatore non si è preoccupato di provarlo e verificare che la condensa uscisse correttamente.
Arrivati con un ora di ritardo, lavori pieni di manate dappertutto,andati via dopo le 20 di sera,mi hanno lasciato tutti i cartoni da buttare e le macerie; ho dovuto tirare su pure una loro mascherina da terra !!
Chiamati il giorno dopo per risolvere il problema della condensa , volevano addebitarmi ulteriori costi ,ma poi mandandogli il video del malfunzionamento non hanno detto più nulla.
Assolutamente non consiglio...sto aspettando ancora il libretto impianto
I did a dual split a month ago and it lasted about 6 hours; at three in the morning I noticed that he threw out a lot of water.
All this because those who installed the air conditioner did not bother to try it out and check that the condensate came out correctly.
Arrived an hour late, jobs full of slaps everywhere, left after 20 in the evening, they left me all the cartons to throw away and the rubble; I also had to pull up one of their masks from the ground !!
Called the next day to solve the condensation problem, they wanted to charge me further costs, but then sending them the video of the malfunction they said nothing more.
I absolutely do not recommend ... I am still waiting for the installation booklet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho dato 2 stelle solo perchè gli installatori sono stati molto professionali veloci e precisi. venditore super disponibile e prodotti di qualità. peccato che nonostante mi fossi raccomandato, avessi chiesto , avessi precisato e puntualizzato che avrei montato le vmc slono se non avessero fatto entrare rumuore dall'esterno mi sono trovato con un prodotto (per sua natura ) superrumuoroso e non conforme a ciò che avevo chiesto e che mi era stato garantito dal venditore e con una spesa di 1000 euro da dover restituire. il prodotto installato era completamente diverso da quello nel contratto e per farmelo cambiare ho dovuto aspettare più di 5 mesi. inviato più mail senza avere risposta e telefonando sono stato rimbalzato per mesi.assistenza post vendita veramente pessima. verificate bene cosa acquistate senza fidarvi delle belle parole dette.
Modifico la recensione in seguito al commento a mio avviso fuori luogo: le vmc mi sono state consigliate da un’abile venditore che pur avendo ben chiare le condizioni dell’alloggio e la vicinanza all’autostrada mi ha garantito la silenziosità del prodotto cosa veramente falsa lo dimostra il fatto che una non è stata montata. In seguito ad una mia segnalazione che le vmc erano solo state marchiate diversamente negando una palese diversità di materiale e prodotto. Dopo mesi di mail senza risposta sono riuscito ad attenere la sostituzione che ha arrecato un danno alla facciata… visto il commento del tutto fuori luogo e falso abbasso ad una stella la recensione perché errare è umano perseverare…
I gave 2 stars only because the installers were very professional, fast and precise. super helpful seller and quality products. it's a pity that despite having recommended, asked, clarified and pointed out that I would have mounted the vmc slono if they had not let in noise from the outside, I found myself with a product (by its nature) super noisy and not compliant with what I had asked for and which was guaranteed to me by the seller and at a cost of 1000 euros to be returned. the installed product was completely different from the one in the contract and I had to wait more than 5 months to change it. sent multiple emails without response and phoning I have been bounced for months. really bad after-sales assistance. check carefully what you buy without trusting the nice words said.
I change the review following the comment in my opinion out of place: the vmc were recommended to me by a skilled seller who, despite having clear the conditions of the accommodation and the proximity to the highway, guaranteed me the silence of the product which is really false this is demonstrated by the fact that one was not mounted. Following my report that the vmc had only been marked differently, denying a clear diversity of material and product. After months of unanswered e-mails, I managed to obtain the replacement that caused damage to the façade ... given the totally out of place and false comment, I drop the review to one star because to err is human to persevere ...
