★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur svolgendo un servizio pubblico in qualità di centro Tim unico in questa zona l'esercizio forniva su maps indicazioni completamente strampalate ed errate su orari di apertura e chiusura generando disservizio pubblico, perdita di tempo e disagio ad utenti della Telecom. C'è molto da migliorare ancora.

saranno gentili solo con amici e compagni, ma per il resto ve lo sconsiglio vivamente.
una volta feci vedere il mio cellulare per un problema e il tizio del negozio, me lo ridiede indietro il malo modo dicendomi che il cellulare non l' avevo preso lì.
Ebbene sì, anche in un altro negozio non ho preso lì il cellulare, però quei proprietari sono gentili e cordiali e ogni qual volta che vado sono sempre disponibili, ed un cliente queste cose le nota, guarda la gentilezza e la cordialità del negoziante, tutto ciò che manca ai signorotti della tecno ufficio.
inoltre, molte altre sono state le occasioni di maleducazione e cattiveria, una volta mentre ero lì, litigavano anche con un' altra persona.
nemmeno una stella meritate, meritate solo il vomito.

L' ignoranza si può migliorare attraverso lo studio.
mentre il male dell' anima, la cattiveria quella NO, non si può curare,
lì non c'è cura, e nessun libro potrà darti la bontà e la nobiltà d' animo.
La cattiveria è degli sciocchi quelli che non hanno capito che NON vivranno in eterno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problema: internet non funziona, arriva il tecnico TIM e riscontra che il router adsl è guasto e mi dice di andare ad un centro TIM con l'ultima bolletta per la sostituzione. Mi reco a questo negozio e mi dicono che non serve la bolletta ma il documento di trasporto di quando è stato consegnato il router o la fattura d'acquisto, che ovviamente non ho. Ho soltanto la ricevuta del corriere... Chiamo il 187 e mi dicono che lo devono sostituire per forza presentando l'ultima bolletta. Ritorno al negozio e mi ripetono animatamente che senza la fattura non si fa niente, che in tutti centri TIM funziona cosi e che gli operatori 187 non decidono niente.... Richiamo il 187 e mi confermano quanto detto in precedenza , in più mi inviano un sms con numero di pratica aperta. Ritorno un'altra volta al negozio chiedendo di chiamare cortesemente da li il 187 pert cercare di risolvere la questione. Niente da fare...nemmeno la volontà di accontentare il cliente e chiamare il 187. Soluzione del problema: cambiato negozio. Sono andato a Potenza ed in 10 minuti mi hanno sostituito il router, ovviamnete soltanto con la bolletta ed il codice sms ricevuto dal 187. Questo mi è costato un diservizio di circa 10 giorni ed un viaggio a Potenza (120 km a/r). Pessimo centro TIM!!!

I call 187 and confirm what was said previously, in addition they send me an SMS with an open case number. I go back to the shop again and ask to politely call 187 from there to try to resolve the matter. Nothing to do ... not even the will to please the customer and call 187. Solution of the problem: changed shop. I went to Potenza and in 10 minutes they replaced my router, obviously only with the bill and the sms code received from 187. This cost me a service of about 10 days and a trip to Potenza (120 km a / r). Bad TIM center !!!

In altro centro TIM risolto tutto in 5 minuti senza alcun problema.
