Nel giro di 2 settimane non ho avuto risposta. Telefono... Mi dicono che la tv è pronta e sono 80 euro? E che fine ha fatto la telefonata per avvertirmi del costo? Durante la telefonata mi viene detto che ero stato avvertito..e avevo accettato la lavorazione... (Chiamata o messaggio mai ricevuti). Prima ed ultima esperienza in questo centro davvero poco professionali. Peccato era vicino e comodo ma anche l'arroganza con la quale sono stato trattato mi farà tornare all'altro centro più professionale ben conosciuto a Pesaro. Esperienza surreale stile 50 anni fa. Personalmente non sconsiglio mai un negozio e non lo farò neppure in questo caso.. Però esprimo la mia esperienza. Da segnalare inoltre ulteriore scomodità non hanno bancomat. È chiaro che la cifra è irrisoria 80 euro non sono tanti ma per il disguido anche fare la scena di un piccolo sconto avrebbe quantomeno salvato la faccia.. invece sono stato accusato di voler scalare il prezzo con la scusa del disguido. Mi attaccherò a 20 euro? Si chiama cordialità per il cliente e riconoscimento dell'errore commesso. Va beh null'altro da dire. Avessi letto la recensione dell'utente prima di me avrei evitato. aggiorna la mia recensione ad una stella poiché dopo un giorno di utilizzo È comparsa una macchia nel lato sinistro in alto sul display però per questo portare il prodotto in un altro centro assistenza per farlo verificare. Personale veramente molto qualificato con tanta esperienza. Grazie a loro il mio caro Hi-fi è tornato a funzionare come 25 anni fa'. Grazie.... I took an old Kenwood hi-fi that I bought as a kid to be repaired, they were really good at fixing the problem and also in a short time. Really very qualified staff with a lot of experience. Non sono stata avvisata, ho chiamato io e il lavoro già fatto era di 120 euro, cifra esagerata per una TV vecchia. Ho detto che non intendevo spendere così tanto e mi hanno risposto che avrebbero smontato il pezzo ma che comunque avrei dovuto pagare 30 euro anche se avevo portato io la TV altrimenti avrei dovuto lasciare lì il televisore. Così ho fatto ma il comportamento è stato molto scorretto. Mai più. I left an old TV to fix and asked to advise me of the repair cost as I didn't intend to spend much on an old TV.
