Sono da sempre loro cliente, questa volta ho dovuto duplicare la chiave principale della mia auto andata, purtroppo, smarrita. Nel giro di un'ora, le chiavi erano pronte, questo grazie alla duplicazione della chiave di riserva che non aveva però il telecomando. Tutto risolto, ho di nuovo la chiave con telecomando ed è perfettamente identica all'originale. In più, ho avuto il suggerimento di rivolgermi alla mia assicurazione per capire se la mia polizza coprisse anche lo smarrimento chiavi. Bene, con mio grande stupore, ho scoperto che la polizza copriva anche questo evento. Se non fosse stato per loro, non avrei mai recuperato questi soldi. Grazie mille di tutto!!!
Professionalism and courtesy are the words that come to my mind to define my experience with Tecnosicur. I have always been their customer, this time I had to duplicate the main key of my car which was unfortunately lost. Within an hour, the keys were ready, thanks to the duplication of the spare key which did not have the remote control. All solved, I have the key with remote control again and it is perfectly identical to the original. In addition, I had the suggestion to contact my insurance to find out if my policy also covered the loss of keys. Well, to my amazement, I discovered that the policy also covered this event. If it wasn't for them, I would never have recovered this money. Thank you so much for everything !!!
