Ha reso il suo servizio, per quasi 25 anni, con somma soddisfazione da parte di chi l'ha usata in tutti questi anni, sia come piano di cottura che come forno. Ora però è giunto il momento di fare una scelta tra: 1) comperarne un nuova 2) sostituire le parti già o sulla via di poter essere dichiarati fisicamente decaduti. Non vorremmo cambiare Fornitore ma ci sono problemi oggettivi. Ora siamo avanti con l'età e l'acquisto di una nuova cucina, di questi tempi, per noi è oneroso. L'acquisto di pezzi di ricambio potrebbe essere un buon compromesso ma non si sa dove reperirli (se esistono ancora) e, nell'eventualità che esistano, quanto costano. Vorrei rimettere le parti più usate in condizioni di servirci per gli anni che ancora ci restano. Noi abitiamo nella provincia di Monza e Brianza, in quel di Nova Milanese, vicino a Monza. But now it is time to make a choice between: 1) buy a new one 2) replace the parts already or on the way to be declared physically lapsed. We would not like to change suppliers but there are objective problems. Now we're getting older and buying a new kitchen these days is expensive for us. The purchase of spare parts could be a good compromise but it is not known where to find them (if they still exist) and, in the event that they exist, how much they cost. I would like to put the most used parts back in condition to serve us for the remaining years. We live in the province of Monza and Brianza, in Nova Milanese, near Monza. S	Sam Morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 4 anni di utilizzo, due dei controlli del gas sulla mia stufa sono diventati impossibili da girare quasi come se il meccanismo si fosse bloccato all'interno, entrambi i controlli sono falliti a una settimana l'uno dall'altro. Ho cercato di contattare l'assistenza, ma la casella di posta elettronica di supporto è piena e non accetta nuove e-mail (molto poco professionali). After 4 years of use, two of the gas controls on my stove became impossible to turn almost as if the mechanism had locked inside, both controls failed within a week of each other. I tried to contact support, but the support email is full and does not accept new (very unprofessional) emails.

My wife love to bake, the temperature gauge broke the first year, The service people came, took it out, never brought it back. When I called and asked about it. they said they could not fix it, and there is not stock in Jakarta. I have been calling Jakarta, and now Italy (Italy does not reply) and all they say is "We don't have the part". How can it be out of stock for 4 years? And how can Technogas offer me no solution. Aren't you embarresed? I still want a new temperature gauge if someone at Technogas happens to care.
