★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidato a loro per duplicare una chiave, si è rotta la serratura alla prima apertura e altri due negozi mi hanno confermato che è successo a causa della chiave duplicata male. Per sostituire la serratura mi ha chiesto 15€ in più degli altri negozi. Per me poco professionale.
I relied on them to duplicate a key, the lock broke on first opening and two other shops confirmed that it happened due to the badly duplicated key. To replace the lock he asked me € 15 more than the other shops. Unprofessional for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato quatto chiavi da riprodurre su altrettante chiavi stilizzate, le ha tenute un mese e, a lavoro fatto finalmente, non ne funziona nemmeno una ! Dovrei tornare per reclamare.....ma non ne vale proprio la pena!
I brought four keys to reproduce on as many stylized keys, he kept them for a month and, when the work was finally done, not even one works! I should go back to complain ..... but it's just not worth it!
