They carefully followed the entire shipment process which unfortunately has been slowed down due to the current situation we are experiencing (we are in full pandemic). Very competitive prices !. Nel mio caso specifico avevo ordinato un lavabo con misure particolari, non standard, da inserire in un mobile creato su misura. L'oggetto è arrivato non integro (a causa di disattenzione da parte del corriere) e in magazzino non c'erano più prodotti simili. L'azienda si è ampiamente prodigata per riuscire a reperire lo stesso prodotto presso i propri fornitori e nel minor tempo possibile. Davvero un ottimo servizio. Lo consiglio senza dubbio. The item arrived undamaged (due to inattention by the courier) and there were no more similar products in stock. The company has done its utmost to be able to find the same product from its suppliers and in the shortest possible time. Really great service. I recommend it without a doubt.

Piastrelle bellissime ma purtroppo all'arrivo del pacco ho constatato che non per colpa di tecnoceramiche ma del corriere alcune mattonelle erano danneggiate. Ho contattato subito tecnoceramiche i quali sono stati estremamente disponibili, professionali e veloci nel far partire già il giorno dopo un'altra spedizione con le mattonelle in sostituzione. Ho quindi ricevuto il nuovo pacco pochi giorni dopo, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo perchè in questo modo non ho dovuto far fermare il cantiere evitando ritardi nei lavori di ristrutturazione. Mi reputo assolutamente soddisfatto dell'esperienza e tornerò sicuramente ad acquistare da loro. Excellent experience, great professionalism and high quality merchandise. I ordered large 120x120 calacatta gold effect stoneware tiles from RAK. Beautiful tiles but unfortunately upon arrival of the package I found that some tiles were damaged not because of technoceramics but of the courier. I immediately contacted tecnoceramiche who were extremely helpful, professional and quick in starting another shipment the next day with the tiles in place. I therefore received the new package a few days later, which I appreciated very much because in this way I did not have to stop the construction site avoiding delays in the renovation works. I am absolutely satisfied with the experience and will definitely be back to buy from them.
