★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questa carrozzeria per far sistemare la macchina dai danni causati dalla grandine. La signora è stata gentile ed esaustiva nella spiegazione dell'iter da seguire con l'assicurazione per procedere. Il ragazzo levabolli ha fatto un lavoro spettacolare: l'auto sembra nuova, non c'è nessun segno della grandinata! Complessivamente sono stati tutti gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!
 I went to this body shop to fix the car from hail damage. The lady was kind and exhaustive in explaining the process to be followed with the insurance to proceed. The guy Levabolli did a spectacular job: the car looks new, there is no sign of the hailstorm! All in all they were kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio per qualità ma soprattutto per stima di tempistica lavorativa e per niente organizzati.
Auto lasciata il 14/10/19 con una stima di tempo di riparazione di 1 settimana ( auto sostitutiva menomale richiesta ). Il lunedì passo in carrozzeria e mi dice il capo-officina MACCHÉ CE NE VORRÀ ALMENO UN ALTRA DI SETTIMANA! Il venerdì successivo ( dopo ben 12gg) mi dicono forse lunedì ma era ancora una volta falso. Ho dovuto insistere per farmela consegnare per il 31/10/19 per viaggio organizzato per il ponte dei morti! Nello smontaggio del pannello tetto interno hanno rotto la plafoniera luci posteriore (RISCHI DI MESTIERE E CI STA) e anziché ordinare lo stop posteriore dx mi hanno ordinato il sinistro.
Dopo 15 giorni torno in carrozzeria per sapere se ci sono novità dell’arrivo dei pezzi di ricambio STOP POSTERIORE E PLAFONIERA, ah ancora non ti è arrivato? Chiama il rifornitore ed “ ORDINA e ripeto ORDINA” il tutto il quel momento.....SE NE ERANO DIMENTICATI.
Siamo al 2/12/19 son passati la bellezza di 32 gg dalla consegna e non si è fatto vivo nessuno ed il telefono è ancora SEMPRE OCCUPATO ( o fuori posto) .

Bad service for quality but above all for estimating working times and not organized at all.
Car left on 10/14/19 with an estimated repair time of 1 week (less than necessary replacement car). On Monday I go into the body shop and he tells me the workshop chief MACHINE CE WILL WANT AT LEAST ANOTHER WEEK! The following Friday (after 12 days) they tell me maybe Monday but it was again false. I had to insist on having it delivered for 10/31/19 for an organized trip to the bridge of the dead! In the dismantling of the internal roof panel, the rear lights were broken (RISKS OF CRAFT AND CI STA) and instead of ordering the right rear stop they ordered my left.
After 15 days I go back to the body shop to find out if there are any new arrivals for the spare parts STOP REAR AND CEILING LIGHT, did you still not arrive? Call the supplier and "ORDER and I repeat ORDER" the whole time ..... IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN.
We are at 12.22.19 the beauty of 32 days has passed since the delivery and no one showed up and the phone is still ALWAYS BUSY (or out of place).

They are reliable, I have had problems with my car and have always been supported by the bodywork, they came to meet me many times even while I was walking halfway. Excellent I only go back to them, I give them 10 stars

Non ho mai avuto problemi, anche se mi presentavo all'improvviso per un lavoretto, magari un segno impercettibile su un parafango, lo risolvevano subito. Memorabili le due occasioni in cui ho dovuto sostituire il parabrezza del 240, prima, e chiudere una perdita su quello del V70: in entrambi in casi, accettato subito alla mattina, e, a mezzogiorno, lavori finiti. In entrambi i casi a un prezzo più che popolare, direi... Niente da dire, bravissimi.
... I've known it since my 240, that is to say since 1996 ... I've never had any problems, even if I suddenly showed up for a job, maybe an imperceptible mark on a fender, they solved it immediately. Memorable the two occasions in which I had to replace the windshield of the 240, first, and close a leak on that of the V70: in both cases, accepted immediately in the morning, and, at noon, work finished. In both cases at a more than popular price, I'd say ... Nothing to say, very good.

Ho parlato solo con Francesca e Giancarlo, entrambi disponibilissimi, gentili e professionali. Il lavoro è stato perfetto, e comunque in garanzia per qualsiasi cosa.
Un grazie anche a chi ha lavorato "dietro le quinte"!
I took the car for a repair that did not require replacement parts. The car was delivered to me after 3 days. I spoke only with Francesca and Giancarlo, both very helpful, kind and professional. The work was perfect, and in any case under warranty for everything.
Thanks also to those who worked "behind the scenes"!
