Mi hanno consegnato un Merlo non funzionante, chiamata l’assistenza , non sono mai venuti. Dopo email , solleciti telefonici, si sono presentati 5 giorni dopo. Ho dovuto noleggiare un altro Merlo per poter lavorare nel frattempo. Se potessi darei 0 stelle. Mai più
Bad experience. I rent vehicles throughout Italy on a daily basis and I have never had so many problems as I have had with them. They gave me a non-working Merlo, called for assistance, they never came. After emails, telephone reminders, they showed up 5 days later. I had to hire another Merlo to be able to work in the meantime. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Never again
