Anzi, mi correggo, una volta si sono fatti vivi (senza nemmeno un "buongiorno"o più semplicemente un "salve") con tono strafottente per correggere un mio evidente errore di battitura (che nulla cambiava ai fini del messaggio), di cui allego lo screen-shot. Se avessero un minimo di dimestichezza nel fare questo lavoro, avrebbero fatto una ricerca su google attraverso il numero del pezzo che gli ho fornito ma, evidentemente, non hanno la minima praticità nel semplice uso di un motore di ricerca, tantomeno nel trattare con i clienti.
