B	Barbara Suardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tramite idraulico chiamo tecno assistenza venerdi mattina (15/11) per una caldaia guasta. Siamo al freddo. Mezza promessa di un intervento in giornata. Non si presentano né venerdi, manco sabato mattina e manco lunedi 18/11 (manco prendo in considerazione il sabato pomeriggio e la domenica .. e ho fatto benissimo). Preciso che venerdi sera, non vedendo nessuno, chiamo. Una signorina sprezzante mi dice che non posso pretendere, visto che non pago "l'abbonamento". Non pretendo che chi mi risponde abbia intellligenza emotiva... ma un po' di rispetto verso chi ha necessitá di tenere al caldo la famiglia sarebbe appena normale. Va beh. Oggi, lunedi 18/11, chiamo in tarda serata e capisco che non mi hanno proprio preso in considerazione e disdico per chiamare altro centro di assistenza Vaillant. Se dobbiamo scegliere da chi vogliamo essere circondati, allora non siano questi mercenari. Diffidate. Through plumbing I call techno assistance on Friday mornings (11/15) for a faulty boiler. Today, Monday 11/18, I call in the late evening and I understand that I have not really taken into consideration and I cancel to call another Vaillant service center. If we have to choose who we want to be surrounded by, then it is not these mercenaries. Be wary.

Ho lasciato un messaggio in segreteria di domenica, il lunedì ancora prima del loro orario di apertura mi hanno chiamato per prendere un appuntamento. È venuto il tecnico dopo 1 oretta e anche meno, ha sistemato il problema in meno di 30 minuti con pochissimi euro.. Grazie al tecnico e grazie all'azienda per il lavoro svolto.. 5 stelle sono anche poche For all those who have problems with the boiler this is the company best suited .. a	alberto ravello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato tecnico di nome Alberto sabato primo pomeriggio X blocco caldaia preciso che non ero loro cliente, gli altri caldaisti se ne sono guardati bene di uscire per risolvermi il problema, comunque Alberto dopo avermi dato le informazioni di uscita giorno festivo, arriva a casa in modo tempestivo mi controlla mi smonta mezza caldaia e mi risolve il problema, una persona competente seria che ti spiega il lavoro che svolge e il problema che ha la caldaia ,sono rimasto colpito in modo positivo tant’è vero che si sono fatti un nuovo cliente grazie al tecnico. Il costo è stato onestissimo sia per il lavoro magistrale che ha svolto sia per il tempo impiegato. Con loro la prova dei fumi si faceva ogni 2 anni mentre con l'assistenza che ho ora fanno ogni anno la prova dei fumi e la manutenzione e pago la metà. Professional but very expensive. Inoltre chiesti minimo 600 euro per la ricerca perdita e ripristino condizionatori. Guasto e perdita su un monosplit con max 3 metri di tubo......
