Il mercoledì a pranzo il loro responsabile aveva già eseguito il sopraluogo. Quando, dopo qualche settimana, che mi è servita per confrontare il preventivo con altri che mi ero fatta fare, ho deciso di affidare il lavoro a loro: per la competenza dimostrata, per l'assistenza H24 e la qualità dei loro prodotti. I ragazzi che hanno eseguito il lavoro sono stati molto competenti gentili e pronti a rispondere ad ogni mia domanda. Hanno anche deciso di spostare la loro pausa pranzo, per spiegarmi tutto il funzionamento, 1 ora e mezza, per venire incontro ai miei orari di lavoro. Che dire sono stata completamente soddisfatta e se qualcuno mi chiedesse un consiglio TECNO ALARM di sicuro. Mi è capitato di chiamare due volte l'assistenza di sabato e mi hanno risposto dopo 2 squilli, che non è scontato nei festivi.
