 Unfriendly and unfriendly staff. We were looking for a pellet stove but the employee seemed almost annoyed by our request for information.

Avendo avuto un conteso su un ordine fatto dall impiegato in ufficio, dopo l ennesima richiesta di parlare col titolare senza nessun esito di risposta, decido di riprendermi l acconto e andare altrove.
I put a star for my personal experience. Unfortunately I have not been able to ascertain the professionalism of this company. Having had a dispute over an order made by the employee in the office, after yet another request to speak with the owner without any response, I decide to take back the deposit and go elsewhere.
