★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, ogni volta che arriva un cliente sembrano infastiditi da quest'ultimo, oltre che disonesti dato che in cassa richiedono un prezzo superiore rispetto a quello riportato nel loro listino affisso sul muro, senza poi emettere la ricevuta fiscale.
Bad service, every time a customer arrives they seem bothered by the latter, as well as dishonest as they require a higher price than the one listed in their price list on the wall, without issuing the receipt.

Dopo aver "controllato" il mio materiale prima di lasciarmi andare, l'addetto (in totale autonomia) ha semplicemente optato per il ritaglio del biglietto da visita che, evidentemente, non si adattava all'unico formato di stampa disponibile !!! Ancora peggio, alla consegna, mi lascia nuovamente andare senza neanche degnarsi di avvisarmi dell'inconveniente. Non ho parole!!! Non mi è quindi rimasto che affidarmi ad uno dei tanti servizi online che, con infondata riluttanza, avevo snobbato credendo (ingenuamente) di potermi fidare del contatto umano. Servizio di eccellente efficienza, versatilità ed economicità!!! Poi ci lamentiamo della chiusura delle piccole botteghe!? Ma se non sono neanche in grado di competere con le poche cose non in dotazione ai servizi automatici: l'umanità, la creatività e soprattutto l'etica!!!???
ps: non avrei voluto assegnare neanche una stella ma, ahimé, questo servizo automatico non me lo permette... poco male
Bad service !!! After having "checked" my material before letting go, the employee (in total autonomy) simply opted for the clipping of the business card which evidently did not fit the only available print format !!! Even worse, on delivery, it lets me go again without even deigning to warn me of the inconvenience. I have no words!!! All I have left now is to rely on one of the many online services that, with unfounded reluctance, I had snubbed believing (naively) that I could trust human contact. Excellent efficiency, versatility and economy service !!! Then we complain about the closure of the small shops !? But if I am not even able to compete with the few things not provided by automatic services: humanity, creativity and above all ethics !!! ???
ps: I would not have wanted to assign even a star but, alas, this automatic service does not allow me ... not bad
