In seguito abbiamo effettuato l'ordine in base al campione che ci hanno consegnato ma nella conferma è stata modificata la finitura senza nessuna comunicazione.
Abbiamo chiesto il reso del materiale ma non ci è stato accordato, ci faranno uno sconto dello stesso importo della fornitura sul prossimo acquisto..
Una azienda SERIA non avrebbe avuto alcun problema ad effettuare il reso!!!
We requested a quote and a sample for a dilite plate.
We then placed the order based on the sample they delivered to us but in the confirmation the finish was changed without any communication.
We asked for the return of the material but it was not granted, they will give us a discount of the same amount as the supply on the next purchase.
A SERIOUS company would not have had any problem making the return !!!
