★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi..ho portato la tv perche si bloccava andava in tilt non prendeva nessun comando più.in 5 giorni tv pronto.Problema risolto hanno cambiato la scheda madre mi hanno detto ?pagato 270€. neanche 3 settimane lo stesso problema .. strano ha durato 3 anni apena cambiato loro a durato 3 settimana.. perché molto probabilmente non hanno cambiato niente. E da 1 mese e mezzo che lo riportato e ogni volta che li chiamo non sano che c...o dire tirano fori sempre scuse del c.. fatte voi se fidarvi..
 Shameful .. I brought the TV because it stopped and went haywire did not take any command more. In 5 days TV ready. Problem solved they changed the motherboard they told me ?paid 270 €. not even 3 weeks the same problem .. weird lasted 3 years just changed them to lasted 3 weeks .. because most likely they didn't change anything. And for 1 month and a half that I reported it and every time I call them it is not healthy that c ... or say they always throw holes in c .. excuses you if you trust ..

Confermo professionalità competenza e cordialità già rilevati dagli altri utenti. Consigliato vivamente per tutti gli apparati elettronici!
I have a Samsung lcd TV almost new with a continuous restart problem that in another Samsung service center they have not been able to solve. Here, on the other hand, it has returned as new. I confirm professionalism, competence and friendliness already detected by other users. Highly recommended for all electronic devices!

hanno tenuto il mio stereo per quasi un anno dicendo che in un paio di settimane fosse pronto e riparato, che era in assistenza a milano o non so dove, cambiava spesso città.
ogni volta che telefonavo mi dicevano che era pronto e funzionante, che era appena arrivato in quel momento o che arrivava martedì.
al telefono ogni volta, molto sbrigativo, come se telefonassi per disturbarli.
poi martedì non arrivava mai e così son passati mesi e mesi..
per la restituzione ho dovuto aspettare 2/3 settimane e lo stereo non funziona.
non mi hanno restutito il telecomando così sono dovuta tornare, di nuovo, per chiedere la restituzione.
ad un certo punto ho pensato che non volessero più restituirmelo.

they kept my stereo for almost a year saying that in a couple of weeks it was ready and repaired, that it was in service in milan or I don't know where, it often changed cities.
every time I called they told me it was up and running, that it had just arrived at that time or that it was arriving on Tuesday.
on the phone every time, very hasty, as if you were phoning to disturb them.
then Tuesday never came and so months and months have passed ..
I had to wait 2/3 weeks for the return and the stereo doesn't work.
they didn't give me back the remote so I had to go back, again, to ask for a refund.
at one point I thought they didn't want to give it back to me.
