Prezzi gonfiati....lo consiglio solo se volete fare beneficenza. tutto è fuorché un centro assistenza stampanti meglio fai da te I do not recommend this shop, the staff is not specialized but focuses on talking about the things it has had on display for more than four months. L'espertissimo e furbo tecnico disse che era un problema di windows e che l'unica soluzione era reinstallarlo insieme a tutti i pacchetti. Pagamento 40 euro. Risultato? A distanza di 1 anno si ripresenta lo stesso problema risolto cambiando la pila del bios e applicando una nuova pasta termica sul processore. Costo? 5 euro. Credo di aver detto tutto sull'inaffidabilità di questo negozio e sulla totale incompetenza del tecnico. Statene assolutamente alla larga, piuttosto informatevi su internet e agite con le vostre mani se non volete farvi fregare!! 2 times taken my pc to repair in this shop for a problem concerning the lack of signal sent to the monitor. The expert and clever technician said that it was a problem of windows and that the only solution was to reinstall it together with all the packages. Payment 40 euros. Result? After 1 year the same problem solved again by changing the bios battery and applying a new thermal paste on the processor. Cost? 5 €. I think I have said all about the unreliability of this shop and the total incompetence of the technician. Stay clear of it, rather get informed on the internet and act with your own hands if you don't want to get screwed !!

L'assistenza funzione bene, il tecnico è una saetta mi ha restituito il computer indietro dopo soli tre giorni(perfettamente funzionante, come nuovo dopo la sostituzione della componente). In seguito, ho anche acquistato un modem e cambiato linea poichè l'offerta proposta era molto buona e soprattutto conveniente. Gran bel negozio! Welcoming and prepared staff. Later, I also bought a modem and changed line as the proposed offer was very good and above all convenient. Great shop!

Pellicola "rigenerante", applicata male e di scarsa qualità, perché sin dall'inizio ha presentato righe, ed aloni sparsi su tutto lo schermo, queste anomalie sicuramente sono dovute all'applicazione poco professionale ed anche dalla scarsa qualità del prodotto. Con il passar del tempo mi accorgevo che i colori dello schermo erano alterati, constatando che tutto ciò era dovuto all'alterazione della pellicola stessa diventata marrone. Ripeto, tutto ciò a 20€!!! Sin dall'inizio il rivenditore mi assicurava dell'ottima qualità della pellicola e della sua integrità, facendola passare per un ottimo prodotto, sostenendo che eventuali righe con il passar del tempo sarebbero svanite, ma tutto questo non è avvenuto. Ho risolto a pochi euro, con un semplice vetro temperato (ovviamente da un altro rivenditore). I bought a smartphone at this shop for € 189 + regenerating film for € 20. I solved a few euros, with a simple tempered glass (obviously from another dealer).
