★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un fornitore. Sono arrivato dal lato del ritiro merci, ho citofonato e senza chiedere chi fossi mi hanno fatto entrare dal magazzino.
Ho incontrato un operario di produzione e gli ho chiesto se sapeva indicarmi dove fosse la Sig.ra ******* e scusandomi ho fatto presente che nel caso ci fosse stato un ingresso piu' consono, mi era sfuggito.
Mi ha gentilmente accompagnato dalla Sig.ra ******* che si trovava poco distante in produzione. Come sono entrato nel suo campo visivo, pur trovandomi ancora ben distante, ha cominciato a borbottare e nel giro di pochi attimi con un crescendo esponenziale me la sono ritrovata a pochi centimetri che mi gridava addosso che ero un maleducato seguito da tanti altri insulti coloriti. Mi ha intimato di uscire e una volta chiusa la porta passati pochi attimi l'ha riaperta ricordandomi che sono a detta sua una persona maleducata e incosciente. In tutto questo non ho avuto modo di proferir parola, se non, 'volevo presentarmi'.
Potevo essere chiunque. Non è modo di comportarsi. In generale... Consiglio vivamente di cambiare modo oltre che lavoro.
I am a supplier. I arrived at the collection point, I called and without asking who I was, they let me enter the warehouse.
I met a production worker and asked him if he could show me where Ms. ******* was and apologizing I pointed out that if there had been a more appropriate entrance, I had missed it.
He kindly accompanied me to Ms. ******* who was not far in production. As I entered his field of vision, while still finding myself far away, he began to grumble and within a few moments with an exponential crescendo I found myself a few centimeters shouting at me that I was a rude followed by many other colorful insults. He told me to go out and once the door was closed a few moments later he opened it again, reminding me that in his opinion I am a rude and unconscious person. In all this I have not had the opportunity to say a word, if not, 'I wanted to introduce myself'.
I could have been anyone. It is not a way of behaving. In general ... I highly recommend changing ways other than work.
