★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto una cosa semplice ed è stata fatta correttamente. Però 10 € per mettermi un connettore RJ45 ad un cavo di rete per me sono un furto. Il connettore costerà forse € 0,10 centesimi. Ne avrei pagati volentieri 5 per il disturbo. Quando ho fatto notare che mi sembrava caro la risposta è stata "è ma se batto lo scontrino...". Come se batto lo scontrino? Se?
Probabilmente sarà anche un buon tecnico ma di sicuro non sa trattare con le persone.
I asked for a simple thing and it was done correctly. But 10 € to put an RJ45 connector on a network cable is a theft for me. The connector will cost maybe € 0.10 cents. I would have gladly paid 5 for the trouble. When I pointed out that it seemed expensive to me the answer was "it's but if I hit the receipt ...". How if I hit the receipt? Self?
He will probably be a good technician but he certainly doesn't know how to deal with people.

Noto che la tensione non arriva a quello che dovrebbe arrivare, gli mando un semplice messaggio mi contatta subito dicendomi di passare sabato tra l'altro giorno di chiusura. Prova a sistemarlo ma niente morto! Vado a casa. Poche ore dopo intestardito nello scoprire il difetto mi manda un messaggio dicendomi per filo e per segno cosa non funzionava.
