Siamo loro clienti da molti anni e, nel tempo, non è mai calata da parte del titolare Simone la disponibilità e l'attenzione ai piccoli dettagli e ai bisogni del cliente. Vasta la scelta di prodotti selezionabili per le macchine e, per i clienti più esigenti, la Tebomatic è in grado di recuperare anche le cose più esotiche e particolari, che difficilmente si possono trovare da altri. Ottima la frequenza di passaggio per i controlli e ricariche di routine alle macchine e anche in caso di guasti o esaurimento prodotti, l'intervento è sempre stato tempestivo (nel limite del possibile). Irrinunciabile lo scambio di quattro chiacchiere in compagnia di Simone durante i suoi passaggi di controllo, il tutto davanti ad un'ottima tazza di caffè: sì, perchè la miscela del caffè che hanno selezionato è una delle migliori che ho provato fin'ora, ed è stato proprio il caffè a farci affidare alla compagnia della Tebomatic per i vari momenti e pause della giornata lavorativa, partendo dalla sveglia (buona o cattiva che sia), fino ad arrivare alla sera, passando tra varie strette di mano con fornitori e clienti a conclusione o inizio di riunioni cruciali. Siamo loro clienti ormai da moltissimi anni ed il titolare Simone è sempre disponibile ed attento a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. I controlli e le ricariche alle macchine vengono effettuati con frequenza quasi giornaliera e non mancano mai i prodotti desiderati. Prodotti sempre di ottimo livello e se qualcuno di noi richiede qualcosa di nuovo Simone cerca sempre di accontentarci. Quando viene chiamato per un intervento extra Simone è sempre disponibilissimo e cerca di arrivare il più presto possibile per risolvere il problema. Abbiamo 2 macchine installate, una per la caffetteria e una per le bibite. La caffetteria è di ottima qualità e con ampia scelta di selezione, mentre il distributore delle bibite può essere personalizzato in base ai propri gusti. La selezione può avvenire in 3 modi: in contanti, con le classiche chiavette e con una app (una sorta di chiavetta virtuale). Le macchine risultano solide e in caso di malfunzionamenti sono molto celeri nell'intervenire. Il personale è molto cortese, dinamico e sempre attento alle richieste, si vede che c'è passione in quel che fanno. ????? The selection can be made in 3 ways: in cash, with the classic keys and with an app (a sort of virtual key). The machines are solid and in case of malfunctions they are very quick to intervene. The staff is very courteous, dynamic and always attentive to requests, you can see that there is passion in what they do. ?????
