Come in tutti i centri storici il problema che accomuna i teatri visto l'afflusso di tante persone in caso di eventi di rilievo sono al giorno d'oggi i parcheggi. Davvero poche le soluzioni. Comunque una struttura ben tenuta dove si cerca di mantenere una buona attività di eventi nonostante la crisi della frequentazione a teatro delle persone in calo. Pulito ed ordinato il comune tiene di conto di questa struttura che come teatro cominciano ed essere delle rarità nelle città. Esperienza discreta per un evento di saggio di danza di bambini per le festività natalizie.
