 The Municipal Theater of Carpi overlooks the beautiful Piazza dei Martiri. Entering this place you are fascinated by the frescoed ceiling and the attention to detail of the whole theater. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da studente lo frequentavo molto più spesso. Poi, un po' per il lavoro, un pò perchè per alcuni anni ho dovuto tagliare le spese superflue, ci sono andato molto meno. Ma è un gioiello di teatro, uno dei migliori che abbia mai visto nei dintorni. Acustica perfetta e sedute comode, soprattutto dopo il restauro.
As a student I used to go to it much more often. Then, a little for the job, a little because for a few years I had to cut unnecessary expenses, I went there much less. But it is a gem of a theater, one of the best I've ever seen around. Perfect acoustics and comfortable seating, especially after the restoration.
